Goals of the project
Accessible for everyone
The goal was for AGOV to be an identity provider users trust, want to user and above all is accessible for everyone. This includes technical understanding as well as physical abilities.
Given the broad user range (all Swiss residents) it was particularly important to create something that was usable for everyone.
State of the art technologies
The idea of AGOV was always to be technologically advanced. We wanted to provide a passwordless and usernameless login without compromising on the security.
We created a highly secure login method that also provides verified information to the target application.
Tasks of the project
Full Branding
I collaborated on the creation of a completely new visual style for AGOV. The brand should instil security, warmth and familiarity.
Visual Design
I collaborated and supported on the creation of a complete design system. I worked with the design team to create the components as well as monitor the implementation.
Full UX Concept
I lead the creation of the concept, which included all journeys, features, naming and overall architecture. Closely collaborated across functions within the team and other stakeholders.
Usability Testing
I organised and created a usability testing with real world users. Improvements were later added to the product.
